Weaving

Israa Textile has partnered with finest weaving units in Karachi and Faisalabad having sheds of wider width weaving machines using count from 5 Ne to 60 Ne on Dobby, Yarn Dyed and Jacquards machines with simultaneous & multiple weft insertion capability.

We deal in twill, sateen, basket weave percale, knitted and woven fabrics with thread count from 130-600.

The ring spun yarn, Open End Yarn, Lycra and Novely Yarns can be used on above machines for high end products.





Processing

Israa Textile has partnered with finest processing units in Karachi and Faisalabad which are compliant with reach and oekotex standards. Processing capability covers a wide range of products including

  • Rotary/Digital/Panel Printing in reactive, pigment and disperse dyes
  • Thermosol/ Pad Steam/IR dyeing range for reactive/Disperse /Pigment & Vat dyes
  • Garment Washing & Finishing Unit for denim wash, garment dye and hospitality division





Stitching

Israa Textile has a brand new state of the art stitching facility comprises of automatic trimmer for single/ double needle, Kansai, Feedo, Bar Tack and five thread overlook safety stitch. The units has a capacity of two million units per anum.
